How to feel energized in the morning
- Read your goals for the week/month/year
- Stretch in bed
- Practice morning yoga
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Drink tea. Mint, cinnamon, green or black tea, and orange flavoured are great options for starting your day
- Go for a walk while the sun is not too high yet
- Read poetry
- Plan your day
- Wash your face with cold water
- Read the comics section and have a good laugh
